These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the RS Spare website at www.rsspares.co.nz ("Site") and your purchase of any products or services from RS Spare. By accessing this Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms, including our Privacy Policy.

1. Use of the Site You may use our Site only as permitted by law and these Terms. You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful or prohibited purpose.

2. Products and Services All products and services available on the Site are subject to availability. We strive to accurately display the colours and details of our products, but we cannot guarantee that your device's display will reflect them accurately.

3. Pricing and Payment Prices displayed on the Site are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including but not limited to orders that appear to be placed by resellers or distributors.

4. Shipping Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. Actual delivery times may vary and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for items purchased from RS Spares pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Warranty Policy We offer a 28-day warranty on all panels, including exterior and interior panels, and suspension components. If an issue arises within 28 days of purchase or arrival, we will cover the replacement of the affected parts only. Exclusions: Damages caused by improper installation, mishandling, accidents, or neglect are not covered under this warranty. To claim warranty, customers must provide proof of purchase and notify us within the 28-day warranty period. Our team will inspect the parts to determine if they qualify for warranty coverage. If approved, we will promptly arrange for a refund for the parts only. Shipping costs related to warranty claims may be the responsibility of the customer depending on circumstances and location.

6. Faulty Items Faulty items must be reported within 7 days of purchase or arrival and returned within 14 days. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team. Proof of purchase may be requested to confirm eligibility. Our Faulty Item Return Policy does not cover damages caused by improper installation, misuse, accidents, or neglect. Items altered or modified resulting in the reported fault are not eligible for return.

7. Intellectual Property All content, logos, trademarks, and other intellectual property on the Site are owned by RS Spares. You may not use, reproduce, modify, or distribute any of our intellectual property without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by New Zealand law, RS Spares shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your access to or use of the Site.

9. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms RS Spares reserves the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates on our Site. It is your responsibility to check for changes periodically. Your continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
